Challenge & Reward Rules
A plain-language guide to entries, tracking, results and rewards. Each challenge may have additional published rules.

Challenge formats
A Performance challenge measures objective activity during its defined window, such as eligible steps in a 10-Minute Movement challenge. A Goal challenge asks you to complete a defined movement target, such as 10K Steps Today. More formats may be added later.
Registration and entry
Normal digital challenges are free to join during the India beta. Check the challenge screen for its registration window, eligibility and any special conditions.
Tracking and results
Only eligible activity in the applicable challenge or tracking window counts. Supported device activity and required permissions are needed. FitVance processes and verifies eligible activity before final results, XP, rankings or rewards are settled. Device readings and provisional displays may differ from verified results.
Leaderboards and ties
A leaderboard reflects the challenge's defined objective performance metric and processed results. Any tie treatment follows the applicable challenge's published rules; we do not promise a universal tie-break method.
Rewards
Normal digital challenges can support XP, Victory Coins, achievements, league progress and rankings. Additional FitVance rewards or partner vouchers may be introduced later, only where they are explicitly announced with applicable rules.
Victory Coins
VC is an in-product reward for activity and progress. It is not cash, cannot be withdrawn and has no guaranteed monetary value.
Future special rewards
Future special rewards, if offered, will follow the published eligibility and reward rules for that challenge. They are not part of every normal digital challenge.
Fair play
Do not manipulate steps, spoof activity, automate participation, tamper with devices or use fraudulent accounts. FitVance may investigate suspicious activity and invalidate affected entries or results where appropriate under the challenge rules.
Cancellations and issues
If FitVance changes or cancels a challenge, affected results or rewards will be addressed under its applicable rules. Report suspected tracking or result issues to support.
