Current payment status for free digital challenges and information about possible future paid offerings.

Free digital beta

Normal digital challenges are free to join during the India beta. There is no challenge entry payment or entry-fee refund for those challenges.

Future paid offerings

FitVance Plus, physical events or other paid offerings may be introduced later. If an offering requires payment, its price, eligibility, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase. This page does not mean a paid feature is available now.

Unexpected charges

If you believe you were charged by FitVance in error, contact support with the relevant details and any transaction reference. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Your rights

If paid offerings become available, refund processing may depend on the payment provider or bank. Nothing on this page removes mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
